Forged Products

At CELSA Group™ we have unique facilities capable for manufacturing a wide range of heat-treated and mechanized forging products in the most demanded steel grades. At the Group, we work to satisfy the needs of our clients and we adapt to their specifications.

Our products, subjected to a process of forming by plastic deformation by metals, have many applications. The most common is as components and spare parts for sectors like energy, metallurgy, machinery, mining, cementing, mechanical transmission of energy, oil, or gas. Our customers are world leaders in their sectors.

Ship propeller shafts and propulsion components

Ship propelled shafts and components are used for naval propulsion systems that transmit the mechanical force of the ship´s engine to the propeller. Manufactured in CELSA Huta Ostrowiec, we offer both rough machined and final machined ready to use condition.
Our customers are mainly located in Europe and Korea and include the world´s leading propulsion system designers as well as major shipbuilding companies.

Built-up crankshafts

Built-up crankshafts are used in the heart of the large two-stroke diesel engines. The engines manufactured with crankshafts are applied mainly to shiip propulsion and to generate electric energy.
At CELSA Group™ we work according to the specifications of the leading designers and licensing providers in the world. Manufactured in CELSA Huta Ostrowiec, we deliver them ready to assemble into the engine.
Our customers from all over the world are manufacturers of large two-stroke diesel engines licensed by MAN and/or Wärtsila. They are located mainly in Korea, China and Europe.

Main wind turbine shafts

The main shaft is a key component in most wind turbines. It holds the blades in any atmospheric condition and transmits the mechanical force of the blades to the gearbox.
We are a supplier of Tier-1 and Tier-2 leading manufacturers of global wind turbines and leaders in manufacturing main shafts for wind turbines over 1.5 MWatt. We deliver them refined for processing or already treated superficially and ready to assemble.

Continuous grain flow monolithic crankshafts

Continuous grain flow monolithic crankshafts are the heart of the large four-stroke diesel engines. They are applied mainly for ship propulsion and to generate electrical energy.
Our fibered crankshafts, delivered without mechanization, are produced according to the specifications of the world´s leading designers: Wärtsila, Caterpillar, MAN, Pielstick, etc. We also offer the refined or surface-treated fiber crankshafts in “finished processing” status.
CELSA Huta Ostrowiec is one of the few companies in the world that has the technology and equipment needed to forge the largest continuous grain flow monolithic crankshafts.

Vacuum degassed steel ingots

They are used as raw material in forging and rolling processes. The range we offer includes both carbon steels and alloyed steels. All kinds of elements can be forged from our ingots: rings, sleeves, bars, thick rolled plates, large diameter rotors, etc.
